Terms & conditions

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Gaymeetup.
• You must provide a valid government-issued ID to verify your identity. Accounts using false or borrowed identification will be permanently banned.
• You must be a real human person. Automated accounts, bots, and AI-operated profiles are strictly prohibited.
• You may only hold one account at a time.
• You must be legally permitted to use dating platforms in your country of residence.

Gaymeetup operates a pre-paid wallet system. You must top up your wallet before sending messages or media. Current charges are:

• Message: £0.10 per message sent
• Photo: £0.20 per photo sent
• Video: £0.50 per video sent

Prices may change. We will notify active members at least 7 days before any price increase.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse any other member
• Send unsolicited explicit content
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Share another person's personal information without their consent
• Use the platform for commercial solicitation, escort services, or any illegal activity
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to circumvent our verification or security systems
• Create multiple accounts or share your account with others

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without refund of wallet balance.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading it you grant Gaymeetup a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit it for the purpose of delivering the service.

You must not upload content that is illegal, depicts minors in any sexual context, infringes copyright, or violates any other person's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms without notice.

Gaymeetup provides a communications platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of our members towards each other. We strongly encourage you to meet new people in public places and take sensible personal safety precautions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid us during that period.

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Remaining wallet balance is non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice in serious cases.
• Upon termination, your profile and messages will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
