Terms & conditions

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use Gaymeetup.
• You must provide a valid government-issued ID. Accounts using false identification will be permanently banned.
• Automated accounts, bots, and AI-operated profiles are strictly prohibited.
• You may only hold one account at a time.
• You must be legally permitted to use dating platforms in your country of residence.

Gaymeetup operates a pre-paid wallet system. Current charges are:

• Message: £0.10 per message sent
• Photo: £0.20 per photo sent
• Video: £0.50 per video sent

Prices may change with 7 days notice to active members.

You agree not to: harass, threaten or abuse any member; send unsolicited explicit content; impersonate any person; share another person's personal information; use the platform for commercial solicitation, escort services or any illegal activity; upload malware or harmful code; create multiple accounts or share your account.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban without refund.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading it you grant Gaymeetup a limited licence to store and transmit it to deliver the service. You must not upload illegal content, content depicting minors in any sexual context, or content that infringes copyright. We may remove content that breaches these terms without notice.

Gaymeetup provides a communications platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of members towards each other. Please take sensible personal safety precautions when meeting anyone new. Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid us during that period.

• You may delete your account at any time. Remaining wallet balance is non-refundable unless required by law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
• Upon termination your profile and messages will be deleted within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
